10 Magical herbs everyone should have in their kitchen
As someone who has always been fascinated by the magic of nature, I believe that the kitchen is more than just a place to cook – it’s where magic truly begins. Herbs are not only great for flavoring dishes but also carry unique benefits for your well-being, both physically and energetically. Today, I want to share 10 magical herbs that I think everyone should have in their kitchen, along with how you can use them in your daily rituals.
1. Cinnamon
Cinnamon is one of my absolute favorite herbs. It’s known for its warming and comforting energy. Magically, it’s associated with abundance, love, and protection. I love adding a pinch of cinnamon to my morning matcha tea or oatmeal for a touch of magic to start the day.
How to use it: Sprinkle it on desserts, mix it in warm drinks, or burn a cinnamon stick as a natural incense to invite prosperity.
2. Ginger
Ginger has a bold, fiery personality that I adore. It’s perfect for boosting energy and passion, both in life and love. Ginger is also great for grounding yourself when life feels overwhelming.
How to use it: Brew fresh ginger tea with a slice of lemon, or add it to soups and stir-fries for an energizing kick. Pair it with a warm cup of the 100% pure cacao heart from Kakaw and make a drink for a grounding self-care ritual.
3. Passionflower
For me, this is my herb of the year. This calming herb is perfect for reducing stress and inviting tranquility into your life. Its energy is deeply soothing, and it pairs beautifully with a mindfulness practice.
How to use it: Use dried passionflower to make a gentle evening tea or add it to a sleep sachet. For a complete relaxation ritual, light one of my natural canola candles to create a peaceful atmosphere.
